It’s our favourite time of the month! The theme for this month is voice. Just like anybody else, Sauce is currently redefining its voice a little. It’s transforming and transitioning into something that is personal, values quality over quantity and sustainable to continue for our team. We will be shifting some of our content (the crème de la crème of Sauce features) to paid subscription here on Substack and we hope that you stay with us so we can continue doing this. We also changed our letters’ name back to Sauce Sundays but in the true Rina fashion I’m sending it to most of youse on a Monday morning (hopefully a nice one), however, in my excuse, it’s still Monday where I’m at right now. As a Cancerian, I already feel Hannah’s take on this month morphing into place. This moment in time feels to me like the calm before the storm (or between storms if I’m honest). In fact, the storms are the seismic ones with tectonic plates moving to create new land.

With so many planets in the sign of Gemini; communication is a key focus. What are you using your voice to say and to whom? Are you being honest with yourself and others? Where are you holding back? What is the message that lives inside of you that desires an outlet? As you bring more attention to your voice, consider not just the words you say but the way you say them.

Be intentional with the content you are consuming this month. What outside voices are you tuning into on a regular basis? Your subconscious is absorbing everything; especially the messages you are seeing and hearing on a regular basis. Focus on content that uplifts and inspires you and remove content that drains and distracts you. Before consuming anything, prioritise connection with your own inner voice. This will allow your creativity to flourish.

In the first half of the month you are encouraged to use your voice in brave ways, put yourself out there, take risks, and start new conversations. In the second half of the month, you are encouraged to listen more to your inner voice. You will notice your connection to your intuition strengthens. Take note of what it is telling you and follow its guidance.

7th June — New Moon in Gemini

This is a beautiful moment to set intentions for the month ahead. Consider creative projects you want to work on. Love and money will be key areas of focus, thanks to Jupiter and Venus inhabiting the sign of Gemini. Mercury will be encouraging you to use your voice to share what you feel in your heart. You can also expect to receive more clarity around your next steps, particularly as it relates to partnership and finances. 

21st June — Winter Solstice + Cancer season begins

This is a lovely day to connect with the natural world and the elements to honour the shifting seasons. Over the next few weeks you will begin to connect deeper with your intuition. You may also feel strong emotions rising to the surface. These emotions may be connected to past experiences. Do not judge or suppress what arises, and instead give yourself a safe space to feel everything.

22nd June — Full Moon in Capricorn

This is an important date to reflect on the intentions you set at the beginning of the month and track your progress. Capricorn means serious business and you will be shown where you are succeeding, as well as the places you have yet to grow. It is time to take responsibility for where you are in your life and acknowledge that your intentions are only as powerful as the actions you are taking to support them. What action steps are necessary to ensure you live in alignment with your intentions?

30th June — Saturn Retrograde in Pisces 

This signals the start of a 5 month transit, where some of the big lessons you have been asked to learn over the past year, will be emphasised. If there is a hard lesson you have preferred to overlook; this transit will ensure you really learn it. Boundary setting will become even more important. When you set clear boundaries and uphold them you show the Universe that you respect yourself and your mission here on Earth.
